Summary: do not give news and do not take time (really not!) Extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I call him on day 1. He tells me he's going to call me the next day. He only calls me back on day 4. He spent the day 5 making a 20-minute phone call. I went to get the room he had reserved. He was supposed to put it down on day 7, but he did not come (and no news from him), so I installed it alone. He text me on day 9 to find out if I have the room and I answer that I have it installed by myself. He charges me $ 120 for 20 minutes of phone and his incompetence to meet his deadlines.
