The worst customer service ever. Don't even bother buying online

I honestly hope this business goes bankrupt! Ive experienced the worst service and im not one to complain. I purchased online and to ship to store. Its been over a month and have not received my package so i asked for a refund. I waited 2 weeks and I havent received any confirmation as of yet and its the end of the week. I have been waiting patiently for your customer service department do their job. Its been ONE month since i placed the order and I just want my refund so i dont have to deal with your company ever again. This is the worst service ive ever experienced and Im not one to complain in retail. This entire process is taking longer than it should be. Ive demanded a refund multiple times and have yet to receive it. Im shocked at how this company can take weeks to process a simple refund. I dont ever have to deal with Dynamite ever again.

I was a big fan of the Groupe Dynamite brands, especially Dynamite until I had to deal with their horrible customer service. I will never order from them again.

I will never buy anything from this store online. My order took three weeks to arrive. No emails were sent to notify me of this delay. I then requested a refund in store and waited in line for 10min with two people in front don’t of me. Not worth the hassle online or in store at the end of the day. Sending me an email with “spend $50 and get $10 off” is also BS. Save it.
