Bad experience for bike parts. I come with my bike which has a piece of lousse in the suspension pivot. The seller hardly looks at it, tells me you need this part, it is not guaranteed, it is normal wear and tear. Show him the piece as it should, insisting to look at the lousse of the insert in the carbon and not the base of the shock. Same answer. I pay and leave believing he is right. When I got home I started to look at the room, there is only one in the bag ... and it is well written quantity 2 on the bag. In addition it is not at all the right part. It was a piece for the base of the shock and not the inserts that I was talking to him about. I left St. Felicien this morning to go there, no choice is the only Cannondale representative in the area.
