In full covid-19, no flexibility for the item return after 15 days, while the competition allows up to 90 days for the cash refund ... and by the way, just on Amazon, no question, it even pays the shipping costs when you return your item ... From now on, and for the rest of my life, I'm going to apply a lot of social distancing with your store and I'm going to encourage competition, they are more human.
