We had water damage in the basement the next day due to a poorly welded pipe. Our leather sofa is soaked in water and no compensation ... Disappointing for the price of the service ...

plumber told our insurance that we didn't have a valve and he didn't even come into the house ....! In addition, we have had a building specialist inspect it and we do have a valve! Ouffff, it's hard!
