Dave the tattoo artist is more professional now than the former tattoo artist, however some of the tattoos he did on me were rushed, made 3D scars and many parts never healed well. No custom design either, only images from the internet. If this is not his kind of image he will kick it reluctantly, the minimum price is excessive for what he does but the redte is reasonable and negotiable. If you're a difficult customer, they'll talk about you behind your back.
