I arrived at the hospital at around 9 a.m., after a resonable wait (around 2:30 a.m., even if there was no one waiting with me), the doctor sent me to have me x-ray, broken side, (corridor on the left), the lady of the x-ray tells me: - but you're talking about an hour to come and do a radio, we'll do it quickly-- I think she's joking I'm going to sit down and a lady who obviously has a pain in her arm arrives, the lady in charge of the x-rays in remission, she says very loudly. - another radio station, well, let's see you speak of a lack of respect to come to be x-rayed at dinner time like that-- The lady with the injured arm sits next to me and we both look at each other in dumbfoundedness. She tells me that she feels bad to come for treatment, it looks like we are disturbing. WELL DONE

Tuesday 20 November 2018 I had bronchitis problems and no longer having a family doctor, my solution was to go to your hospital. Very good personal service with a smile, both for parking and reception. Management almost immediately nurse respiratory therapist radiology cardiogram and two Super Doctors all with a smile and kindness. I arrived on the day shift and finished with the evening one. So thank you for your excellent care your good humor and excellent service ☆☆☆☆☆

I have just had treatment for an infection for 7 consecutive days. I was treated by 3 doctors and received nursing care by intravenous and bandages by several of them. Attentive care and a staff that deserves a 5 star ... Well done and thank you to all including the receptionist!

I introduced myself on December 31st. I was treated with total contempt. I just wanted to finish. The doctor refused to help me. I wanted to explain that I had been depressed since I lost my wife and my job in the same year. That I was not able to work and that I spent my time crying. The doctor treated me with contempt and told me to go and work in the local convenience store. That I was physically correct and that we were on December 31 and that there were real sick people, people with broken arms. I asked him to examine me for other problem and he had nothing to do with it. I wanted to tell him about my loss of consciousness and he did not want to listen to me and sent me away. I just wanted to go back to the hospital and send a clear message to all of Quebec that people do not help you do extreme things. I cried all evening afterwards, restraining myself from making a stupidity that I would have regretted later. Apparently, emergencies are only for physical problems. I thought of a lot of things ... I did not do any. This doctor did not look after me, he hurt me, very badly.
