I booked a storage unit on December 16. I called in the morning and had my storage container by 3 that day....only because it took me some time to arrive there. The person on the phone was detailed, re iterated everything so the contract, price, location, etc. was clear. I arrived and Amanda was at the front desk. She was quick, efficient and pleasant to deal with. Great Team! Great Service! Highly recommend. Diana

Absolutely wonderful customer service from Missy over the phone. She was thorough in making sure I had all the information I needed. I can't come up with anything to complain about, these folks provide excellent service all around despite these troubled times we're living in!

Excellent service, everything was explained thoroughly , were personally taken through the check in process, the storage unit and gate .. Units and entrances to unit were spotlessly clean and clean smelling. Store Manager was friendly, knowlegable, and welcoming. I would recommend this facility to everyone
