I was not happy with the $6000 toro I bought. Felt like it was a floor unit, boy was I right after 6 months of use. Never buying again. Typically the dealer responds; oh well dont have you under that name..yes this review was not under the name on the bill of sale. However I can say honestly that I will not direct customers to you due to poor quality of products and service is not anywhere near where it should be. Furthermore your response as an owner is comically riden with assumptions. This reflects on your professionalism.

Great experience! No bs, friendly faces and staff are great to deal with! Brought in a quad for repairs. Service gave me a few ideas to try before taking it in to save me the labor hours. No dice so back it went and in a few days, running like new! Kept it straight to the point and fixed it up without creating extra work. 5/5 would go again!

I walked into the dealership casually looking for a sled and possibly to learn a bit more about Arctic Cat along the way. Both my fiance and I were impressed by our experience even though we hadn't purchased anything. Given a few minutes upon walking in we were able to look around without being hassled by salespeople. After a short bit we were shown around at different sleds and at no point pushed to buy anything. We will more than likely be making another trip back. Thank you!
