Stony Plain Lions RV Park & Campground

It is a nice park but is more for year round campers or people that live in there camper

We have stayed here several times and the park is quite acceptable and manager has always accommodated us as best she could. I do have an observation about RV Parks in general though. Most rv parks, and the Stony Plain Lions rv park is no exception, are becoming "Mini home parks" rather than "short term" RV Parks for travelers. Designed spots with at least 30amp power would be nice for maximum 30 night stay. If Municipalities want the traveling public to participate in their economics this is one area where the rules regarding RV Parks could be improved.

Great staff we arrived rather late, and they were very friendly and accommodating to our needs . I would recommend this place .

The walk isnt labeled well enough. I turned around. I didnt want to get lost.

My wife and I inquired about a site's availability and were treated so rudely by the management there, even having the door slammed in our face. Why on Earth would the Lions Club allow such a person to represent them to the public. No excuse for such horrible customer service. The one star rating is for the scenery, not for the staff. Wish I could post no stars. For shame.
