Associate Clinic

Terrible service . Totally disappointed. They book an appointment for me two days in a row and they cancelled it at same days when i visit there . Extremely useless.

Very poor service from the reddish brown headed receptionist usually sits in the middle named Chris. My boy and I came in first thing in the morning, there were only two sitting when we came. This receptionist had us waited for too long, when i ask “When is our turn? (knowing that i should be called anytime soon). She says were the 5th in line.. R u kidding me? There were 6 waiting and were the 5th.. There was only two before us when we came. And there she goes making excuses that she sent others out at 9 AM (this is time when they open the clinic). What a bunch of baloney... That receptionist should be fired, besides she doesn’t know how to put people in qeue.. If i want to pursue i will complain this receptionist and be determined to loose her job! I’d like to get this investigated because this is totally unacceptable! All said and done we were there for almost 3 hours! That’s worst waiting time than being in the emergency!

You are better off going to a Veterinarian clinic, now i understand why Kenny is cutting back, these nurses are totally useless.

I had an family emergency in Calgary involving a major car accident... furthest thing from my mind was a dr. Apt a that time and I Did not remember to call in, my bad sorry Dr. Joji won’t rebook! She has policy one now show and your out! I am not a person who tends to miss appointments, this Dr. Has never met me. How ridiculous, not everyone is the same, if it becomes a habit for someone missing then ya don’t see them anymore. There are limited Dr.s in Wetaskiwin and most aren’t taking new patients. Im going to stick with Leduc, obviously worth the drive anyways!

Extremely rude & unhelpful. Dr. James Surgenor refused to help me with my issue that I wasn’t having & didn’t even know what he was talking about. Was looking this up on Google while I was in his office. Terrible interaction & will never return. I do not recommend. The Tower clinic is way better.
