I got my cat Neon fixed here, apparently she cooperated with the staff. She is such an amazing cat, always proving to me she is much more capable than I give her credit for. Anyways they took great care of her, prices were reasonable, they instructed me how to give her her medicine, honestly though I don't think she really needed it she was to her usual the very next day. She loves being able to go outside whenever she wants, for the longest time she stayed in my parents garage only seeing me, while I was homeless. She had her first litter in that garage, she was a great mommy cat, I love neon so much.

I used to like this animal clinic but the last year has been painful anytime we have to deal with them especially since Covid. They completely over charge for "emergency" appointments ($125) since a person would be unable to book an appointment within the same couple of weeks. Once you get there despite it being an "emergency" and you being charged excessively they still do not intake your animal immediately. On another occasion my fiance' had an appointment for our one dog and called ahead of time to state she may be late, they said "you'll have to reschedule". She did make it several minutes early, called them to let them know she was waiting outside as their protocol requires. She waited 45 minutes past her appointment before anyone from the clinic took our dog in. Despite telling her she would have to reschedule if she was late at all, they took their time and did not inform her of anything. Once they did see her they said an emergency arrived, however my fiance' was the only vehicle outside. They also no longer accept cash, debit or cc, instead you now have to email transfer them. They've gone above and beyond to alienate us on every occasion we've taken our dogs to them this past year. We have now moved clinics and will no longer be going to them after many years of being customers. We are not alone as many of our friends and family have experienced similar issues. I never leave negative reviews but after multiple visits and issues it's hard to turn a blind eye, hopefully my review warns others to stay away from this place till they learn to treat customers with respect.

I beg everyone to come here, it is out of the way if you don't live in Wetaskiwin but the price will makeup for the gas. I got my kitten spayed here and she ended up having a heart murmur and the vets were very communicative throughout the entire surgery so I would feel safe and comfortable, and I could only imagine how comfortable my kitten was if I was feeling like that on the other side of the phone! Her incision was amazing after and she did not need a cone or anything. (couldve just been her though) Place is very clean and they are taking covid precautions very seriously. All and all a great vet practice and will always come here and will continue to recommend to everyone I know! :) Kit and I thank you guys.
