Refresh Wellness Centre

I have seen almost everyone who works here. It has to be the most professional place I’ve ever been to in the 20+ years I’ve been getting massage, acupuncture and chiro. I’ve been going here for just over 2 years and with living in Millet and working north of Leduc some would think it’s out of the way but not a chance. Thank you to everyone there, because all you guys are front line guys to me.

Taryn for massage and Nicole for accupuncture have been amazing!! Everyone at Refresh is friendly and the environment is comfortable and inviting. Highly recommend and will continue with both!!

I've been seeing Kirsten for Acupuncture treatments. I've found her to be attentive, professional, compassionate ... In short she's AWESOME! In addition to being AWESOME, Kirsten's work is also very effective ... I've seen some amazing improvements as a result of her work. The other staff at the Wellness Center have been great as well, and without exception I've never experienced anything but outstanding service and communication from everyone I've encountered at Refresh.

i called for a massage and even asked for that when i went to my appointment. There was no massage to be had. I was set up with a "different" type of therapist who specialized in something else i did NOT REQUEST AT ALL. I left very disappointed and now my back hips and feet really hurt. I cant move my shoulder. Ive never been in so much pain. I dont understand why employees dont listen to a clients request. Why was i set up with someone who doesnt do massaging? Why wasnt i told before going in that she specializes in a different type of therapy? I didnt have a chance to say that isnt what i was looking for. Half way through my appointment i asked "are you going to massage my back now"? And she said yes, but didnt. She poked and manipulated my muscles without my consent. I am so incredibly sore i can barely put my clothes on or take care of my son. This is unacceptable from a professional place with registered therapist. I just wanted a relaxing massage, now i can barely move.
