Bow River Dental Centre

I went there for interview. Rebecca called me at 1o' clock on friday (6th march).When i went inside the clinic, lady on counter told me i cancelled the interviews because our RDA is staying. And she said she informed everybody. But i did not get any call or email regarding cancellation. I took my day off and travelled for 1.30 hour to listen this.Such a unprofessional staff. Really disappointed.

My gf went to get some fillings done and they quickly rushed to get them done without even filing down the filling?? They did such a terrible job she STILL has pain in her teeth weeks later! The most unprofessional office ive ever been to. Stay as far away from this office as possible!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOW RIVER DENTAL !! I can confirm my 110% satisfaction with admin team and dentists and hygienists here! The manager is very accurate and experienced, even in the clinical part of things, very informative. I read the other reviews and I'm sorry to say that those people just don't understand their own insurance policies!!!... When insurance says you have 100% coverage, it is of your insurance plans fee guide, not 100% of the dentists fees... this is the same at every single dentist office. They actually are less expensive compared to other dental offices in Calgary by hundreds of dollars! Great group of people

They would mislead you. They overcharge your insurance and then send you the big invoice.

Fees are outrageous and patient confidentiality is not respected. With 2 insurance plans, my husband received a bill in the mail 2 months after his appointment for over $80 that was not covered. On top of that, they didn't even complete his cleaning because 'there wasn't enough time.'' And lastly, with the bill in the mail, we also received information about other patients and their insurance which is completely unprofessional. We will not be returning to this clinic.
