Thankyou Aisha, she is phenomenal in Dental Hygiene, she gave me such a beautiful cleaning when i saw her today, she is gentle, and so professional with her work. She gave me a fantastic cleaning today and has taken the (nightmare dread of getting a cleaning) out of my life. She is amazing and i want to say magical! Her touch is gentle but she gets the job done quickly and efficiently. No pain...listens and watches...and intuitively knew when to stop or to procede, She is a very professional Dental Hygenist and i recommend her services highly. My journey in Dental work, I was scared to death when i went into The Bowness Dental Centre, as i had since i was 14 years old, experienced some very bad nightmare experiences with Dentists. I have just turned 65 and the memories of my past dentist experiences would haunt me. So...after knowing i had to see a Dentist, i took a chance on Bowness Dental Centre, and I was MOST pleasantly impressed with them all! Lily, and Chelse the receptionists and Linden welcomed me in...and they was so awesome at dispelling my anxiety of seeing a dentist, then i saw Dr. Philipow and WOW! He is fabulous, he puts you at ease, and he makes your dental experience a dream...my experience with him and Lori his assistant was phenomenal. I felt relaxed and listened to when i talked of my teeth issues...and they made me feel so comfortable. I have more work to be done, but i would not see anyone else but this wonderful Dental Clinic. From Lilly thru all the staff and then seeing Dr. Philipow...created a very POSITIVE experience for me. His work is exemplary and i have felt so much better with my dental work done, and i smile and enjoy smiling now. If you have had a nightmare experience from childhood or later, do not despair for the help is here. I would recommend the Bowness Dental Centre to anyone who needs to go to a dentist. I took a chance and was rewarded with a Super positive experience...and I would recommend this clinic to you. I suffered terribly from fear for over 50 years of nightmare Dental Services...and then i walked into this clinic. I will never look back and i so appreciate all that this clinic has done for me. I can sleep now before the day of my appointment...and no nightmares. This clinic is for anyone who suffers from Dental Phobia, or Dental Fears. I was given a shot for freezing, and i could not feel it...Dr. Philipow is gentle, and a genius in his field! I would recommend him to anyone who is suffering from the fear of seeing a dentist. I am so glad i have him for my Dentist. He is marvelous!!! This comes from a person who once dreaded the dentist and would shake from nerves, just thinking of going into a dentists office! When I walked into the office I was petrified of Dentists. I was actually shaking as I stood in front of the receptionist (Lilly). She was able to get me to calm down enough to sit with Kevin (one of the dentists) and have a conversation. I agreed to x-rays but even then I was extremely anxious. He reviewed them and offered some solutions to years of abuse. I had not been to a dentist for years because they were all butchers as far as I was concerned. I was able to overcome the fear because they were willing to work with me on it. The experience turned into an amazing one. I actually was able to get work don multiple times a week during the month of December 2019 and am actually looking forward to getting more don in January of 2020 and beyond. This is the best dentist I have EVER been to!!!! The staff is incredible and they actually do care about you !!!!!! Highly recommended!!!!

Awesome experience and very pleased with the level of care provided by the staff here. Dr. Ricky Suri really listened to my questions and concerns and was very caring. A rare find. His assistant was super friendly. The individual attention I received was much appreciated. Overall very pleased and would highly recommend!

They’re very good at there work and to give you a painless experience. But some of the staff can be ignorant like they’re better then you. I had to loose an adult tooth because they took too long to work on it costing me more money. And today I had my wisdom teeth out for one they stitched the bottom left of my jaw and weren’t very informative of the stitches being there in the first place
