Crescent Heights Dental Clinic - Dentist in Crescent Heights, AB

On Saturday I visited the clinic. My experience was really bad. I came there and even brought my family to this clinic, with expectations to be treated with respect and responsibility. I trusted them with their professionalism and care. . We agreed that this year we will do whatever is covered by insurance plan, and the rest (if there will be anything left) we will do later. Every time before the appointment I asked to check what portion will be covered by the insurance and what portion I need to pay. so I could decide if I can afford it, and then proceed. At the reception they told me that they can check with my insurance coverage in a real time .Today I was surprised that I was charged extra $500. Why? They said that it was an emergency. I was a dentist back home, so I know whether it was emergency or not. My daughter didn’t have any emergency. It was up to me to decide if I want to proceed with her fillings that were over my coverage.They just decided that it would be more convenient for them to complete the fillings because they already did anaesthesia. I trusted them and was sure that everything is going well. Until they charged me with extra 500$ . That was wrong and inappropriate. It wasn’t my fault although the receptionists today were trying to convince me otherwise. Seems like clinic doesn`t care to keep their patients .We don’t want to be with the clinic anymore. It was a pill hard to swallow . But thank you , I will be more careful choosing a clinic to deal with from now on.

I've been visiting this clinic for the past few years. They've always been consistently fantastic across the whole experience. Everyone is professional, positive and a pleasure to interact with. The work is always to a high standard. Stephanie (front desk) and Ashley (Hygienist) oversaw my recent visit, both were exceptional as usual. I have been going to Crescent Heights dental clinic for 10 years. I’ve moved away from the area but wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else. I absolutely love Dr. Matthew Karavos! He’s the best dentist ever! He takes the time to explain the procedure and what the best options are. He truly does care about his patients. Paula, the office manager is amazing and keeps everything running smoothly and efficiently. The front end staff are always smiling and super friendly. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone who is looking to see a dentist.

I have always enjoyed going to my dental appointments at Crescent Heights Dental. I have been a patient here for a long time. Staff are so friendly and helpful. I particularly like seeing Aileen as my hygienist. The other staff member that I enjoy dealing with is Paula. She is always willing to help and it also smiling! Thank you Crescent Heights for being an amazing office.

I had a great overall experience, the staff was very welcoming and professional. It was my first visit and I will definitely be returning to crescent heights regularly for my dental needs. The front desk was acceptional, especially Kim who was very welcoming and kind.
