Rocky Meadows Country Getaway

We were able to secure a spot for the August long weekend and it was perfect. Not being campers we of course had no gear, no tent, nothing but a desire to go camping! Rocky Meadows actually rents trailers, fully equipped for the non camping types. The spot was amazing as we had small kids and we were right across from the playground and inflatable water slide. Now it's just a small slide and first glance I thought hmmm but our 6 year old thought it was the best thing ever! Our trailer was spacious and clean with trees and an awning for shade. Everything was better then I had hoped and the owners are friendly and accommodating. The only thing missing is a good swimming hole. Normally the river would suffice but it was to high this round. That did not stop us from taking a 10 minute drive to crane lake and enjoying a beauty day on the beach. Loved it all and will plan a return next year.

Nice and quiet campground. Sites had lots of trees and bushes for privacy. The cafe has an excellent saskatoon pie 😋 Owners are super nice people and will definitely visit again!

This was our first time staying at Rocky meadows, and we were not disappointed one bit. Very friendly service, and decent prices, followed up with some pretty decent campsites with lots of trees and privacy. Will deffinetly be staying here again in the near future.

This is an awesome place to camp, full service sites, playground for the kids, and next year they are putting trout in the pond.

The mini golf course is a lot of fun!
