Stoney Lake Campground

The campground is okay but the caretaker not such a nice person

Nothing but greed here. I dont recommend it at all. Be prepared to be nickle and dimed. I get that it's a business but no wonder they have a referral program.

Well groomed and quiet during weekdays. No potable water and lake is unswimable due to toxic blue-green algae. Showers are too hot and exhaust fan is undersized... virtually a steam room so you start sweating as soon as you towel off. The County of St. Paul should sell this park to the Province so that it can at least be properly serviced with drinking water.

Very nice campground, great bathrooms with great showers!

One of the best campgrounds I've stayed at, clean bathrooms, cheap showers(with enough time to shower). The staff are very friendly and regularly check the campground for garbage and keep it all around well maintained. The water is clean and great for swimming. I highly recommend going here!
