This company used to provide professional service. However, nowadays they’ve become incredibly useless and rude. Your package will be delivered then “lost.” It’s a complete scam. The employees will answer the phone in the sleepiest, most disappointed tone. They will not address any questions you may have. I would highly suggest any other reshipping agent. DYK Post and Montana Mailbox are garbage.

Overall a great place to have things held and reshipped. There are times when they are slow but I believe they are slowly getting more used to it.

Atrocious experience. The staff are rude, unhelpful and actually told me that even though UPS showed my package as delivered there, he wasn't going to look for it. The positive reviews you are seeing here are written by staff members or the owner of their parent company in DYK Post. DYK Post is also a joke. Don't use this company.

Horrible service, rude, unhelpful staff. They will claim your item is lost only for it to turn up weeks later after you've filed a report with your shipper. I would avoid this experience at all cost.
