I have had absolutely no problems with this storage company. I have nothing bad to say about this facility on Google or anywhere else. Based upon my experiences with them so far I have no issues with putting 5 stars to their name.
Before it changed ownership, the service and experience FAR exceeded five stars. But after it changed, I STILL after nearly THREE years have not received my deposit back. As a single mom of five, I am MOST disgusted.
Very decent people, friendly and they always send reminders before the bill is due. Thanks Sentinel!
I would never rent a space from these guys. Rate hikes are frequent and given with short notice. Properties are constantly being broken into. Insurance is a joke. They have guys living at this location, and as long as you pay they break laws.
I would recommend this company for sure. Wonderful, clean units for a great price.
