Spencer at South Location in Lethbridge is incredible!! His professionalism and respect for the customer is something everybody should encompass! Our experience was beyond amazing and could not have been happier! From check in to simply asking questions along the way , Spencer was there to make the experience effortless!

This place was awesome. The staff knew what they were doing, were efficient and professional as well as friendly. Getting set up was straight forward and dealing with them throughout the rental as well as at the end was easy. Facility itself was large, clean, and quite affordable. Without a doubt will come back if I need storage again.

Bishop and Spencer were an absolute joy to work with. Incredibly friendly, understanding, helpful, and very knowledgable. I always felt respected, and it was clear that they had my best interest at heart. I will definitely be referring everyone I know, and offering more of my business should I need to rent another unit in the future. Worth the extra drive east to get this level of service!
