If you need good people, good help and GOOD CLEAN STORAGE... this is definitely the place to go! Spencer went above and beyond to make it all easy for me! He even put in some financial points with insurance that the normal joe would not even know. Units are clean, RODENT FREE, and they have all your supplies right there on hand Super great place to keep my goods stacked up :) Thanks Spencer !

Zoey was great! She not only guided us very easily through the paper work but also was very informative about the whole process from move in to possible payment options. She took the time to answer our questions and guide us through the whole process with ease and even gave us a mini visual tour of our unit in hopes to relieve a little crazy move in day could bring. ❤

I do find Storage Mart on the pricey side in comparison to other storage facilities in Lethbridge. It doesn’t offer 24 hr access although on the website is says by simply asking the manager 24 hrs access is available but unfortunately this is not the case !!!

Facility was clean. Contract and instructions were clear. Access was easy and access hours were generous. Staff were always helpful when I had questions.
