MIC Medical Imaging - College Plaza

I had the opportunity to visit a really neat Sports Medicine imaging facility across from the U of A hospital last week 🏒⛷⚽️🤾‍♂️🏈 . The experience from start to finish was fantastic - from easy accessible underground parking to a very friendly and thorough checking in + covid screening - to having actual tests done and getting prompt same or next day results was extremely cool! 😎 Thanks so much for such a great experience! I/we will definitely be back

The staff were very friendly and explained everything perfectly. They also helped calm some nerves i had about the procedure. The appointment was also on time and efficient.

Can't really understand some of the other reviews. I found staff friendly and courteous. I guess you should always treat your counterpart the same way you want to be treated.

Front staff weren’t exactly pleasant, they were more into discussing their Christmas plans. Back staff were rude. They don’t allow family/a support person. They fail to realize this is a medical facility, there are a large amount of people with fears. So to not only treat the patient poorly but the family. Great experience. Too bad there’s no way to give a 0.
