Was double charged for appointment , tried to email location to look into the charge , multiple days to get a response and had to continually check the status. 10 days later still no return of funds , had to resort to making dispute claim with visa. Tru balance refused to take blame even thought they were clearly at fault. Awful customer service after being so patient with them, account manager at location could not give an answer after almost ten days.

On the 18th of September I had the pleasure of having a lip and cheek treatment with Kate- Nurse Practitioner Injector. Before entering the clinic I completed a covid assessment survey, I was pre-notified of the masking expectations, and I was invited in once the treatment room and Kate were ready. Upon entering I was welcomed by the front staff, my assessment survey was reviewed and I had a temperature check, then was moved to the treatment room. Kate- nurse practitioner injector, was welcoming, professional and made me feel so comfortable! She took the time to listen to what I wanted out of the treatment, my areas of concern, and even asked to see photos of previous injections. Focusing on what I loved about the previous treatment injection and if there was anything I wanted changed. Kate asked questions regarding how long my previous filler lasted and made product suggestions that would facilitate me getting the most out of my injections! Throughout the treatment Kate checked in on my comfort, explaining what was happening and why she had chosen to inject particular areas for the most benefit. After completing the injections Kate encouraged me to spend time looking in the mirror to ensure I was comfortable, confident and if there were any areas I noticed stood out. To say I am happy with the service is an understatement, I am ecstatic with the results! Kate has given me the perfect pout and fullness to my cheeks that has slowly started to decrease with aging. I will 100% be back to see Kate- nurse practitioner injector for more treatments!
