Love it here! The therapists I've had have all been awesome and very talented! I get a deep tissue massage and it is a life saver - I look forward to my monthly visit. The packages are very reasonable compared to other places as well. I highly recommend this location.

UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES. Called this location to have a massage arranged for my wife since I had a credit on file. Apparently, they allow this 2 times in a year. However, they declined to give her an insurance receipt since I was the member and she was a non-member. They would only give her a receipt if SHE paid for it again, although they had already deducted money from my account.   Cross-checked with Bluecross if this was an acceptable business practice. They were appalled at this and reiterated that a business should give the client (patient) an insurance receipt with the pt's name on it regardless of whoever paid. Spoke with the manager there who claimed she was helpless and asked me to contact the customer service for Massage Heights Head office who would get back to me within 2 business days. I emailed them and also contacted them on their website. No response now for 12 days. Thought I'd gift my wife a massage. Gift or no gift, Massage Heights doesn't care. Basically this is an example of how they engage in unethical practices and would not give a hoot about customers' grievances or their emotional well-being. Their masseuses are professionals, however, management engages in unethical and illegal practices and would be happy to get more of your money, but WOULD NOT GIVE A RECEIPT. Wow! They will now probably not care to respond to this or if they do, respond inadequately and fake genuineness. I'm willing to be surprised. Haha.

Amazing spot to get massage! All the therapist are professional and well educated in their trade. The lifestyle consultants at the front desk are super nice and take great care of the clients.

If there's a place where not to go for massage, it has to be massage heights. Starting with unethical business practices, poor management of employees and lack of proper customer service - this place has got it all - even though for a new customer everything looks nice and neat at the outset. The only good thing about this place is the therapists who work hard and are taken advantage of, by the management. Everything else is superficial and fake. Feeling sorry for employees. UPDATE: Now MH management wants to get in touch to "talk" - whereas they haven't responded to other critical reviews of their location - explain that. They pick and choose. Keep your superficiality and fake customer service to yourself. Would never go there and wouldn't recommend to anyone. This business is a joke.
