Their website says you can hold a unit for free! But when you call they require you to pay a $26.25 administration fee. I canceled my unit before the possession date, and they refused to refund the administration fee. If that’s not a scam than I don’t know what is. I will never call these people ever again! There are many other options for self storage in Edmonton and I suggest that anyone interested try elsewhere
A great experience all around. It was my first time renting space, and as we were packing, it was determined that the original space was not large enough. I got to a location that was open, and quickly and easily changed to an appropriate space. Thanks again!
I thought the service was great. Perfect location in city. And locker was in good location on site. Will use your storage facility again for future use. Probably in 2021 when i do my firewood again.
Prompt service over the phone on multiple occasions while setting up a storage unit for the end of the semester. The unit itself is what I'd expect: clean with some leaves and precipitation near the door. I requested a drive up unit, which they delivered on, and the lot seems quite secure. Location is easily accessible, and the promos they offer students made Sentinel stand out from other options.
