The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Getting a unit was quick and easy. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. I definitely felt comfortable keeping my extra things here. The dollies were always available and they even have a truck you could borrow, though I never did. I'd definitely rent a unit here again if I needed to.
Facility was easy to access and use, but be careful when terminating your rental. I called ahead of time to end payments for the next period, and the re-directed me to going into the office once my lock was off. I did that as soon as it was off, and attendant went to check the unit right away, but then another payment came out of my account a few days later. I phoned yet again, and the attendant was unapologetic about their error, and said I'll get the money back in 2 to 3 weeks. I am still waiting for the reimbursement.
Very professional guy on the desk. He was polite, attentive and focused. He wrote a locker number down that was occupied when I went to the facility on SunsY last week. I didn't care because a locker next door was open. I called and left message about this.. and no one called back. Apart from that minor thing

Renting my locker back in 2011 I wasn't sure but everything turned out good. The only problem I had was up until the end of 2017 the charge went up only once a year but after that the charge seemed to go up every three months and I think someone should look into that because i think that maybe you might lose business by changing prices so often!
Sentinel always accommodates my required storage needs, with efficiency, clean units and very competent staff. I would recommend them to anyone of my clients.
