Sentinel Storage - Edmonton South East

I had a wonderful experience at Sentinel Storage (Elwood South Edmonton). Sonia went above and beyond to help me out and was a real ray of sunshine to deal with. Also the Manager Paul was very accommodating with my extenuating circumstances which helped me more then they will ever know! If I’m back in Edmonton I won’t hesitate to use your services. Thank you Sonia and Paul!! I would highly recommend this establishment...you won’t be disappointed!

The facility is clean and well kept. I love that there are elevators and 2 huge loading bays that you can drive right into, meaning that you can load and unload comfortably, even in the winter. I never had any safety concerns and would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for long term storage 🙂

Used Sentinel Storage for just under a year and the sign up was very easy. They contacted me with my password and kept in touch via email for updates and billing. The facility was clean, except for some small garbage left by people who couldn't be bothered to pick it up. They have dollies and two bays for parking vehicles while you are moving items back and fourth. The reason i cancelled is because I moved into a place where I was able to store all my stuff at home.

Sentinel staff were very helpful. I would use Sentinel again. I would have liked to have the elevator locked for a big move in and out as moving costs money and it does cause time issues.

It was the first time using a storage facility and i had a great experience with Sentinel Storage. Sonia was very polite and helpful in signing it up. Having 24/7 access to the unit made things convenient. Overall it was a great experience. I would recommend Sentinel Storage. Thanks.
