I have had a storage unit for 3 yrs now at U-Store-It Edmonton South; I have been so very satisfied with both the staff and the facilities. Sounds dramatic, but I feel relieved just knowing my treasured belongings are in a good and safe environment. Thank you for the great service and peace of mind.
Great to deal with. They stored our extra Gym equipment from Snap Fitness down the road on Parsons and Elwood Dr. . It was close and super convenient.

Loved the different payment options, if you can afford to pay, the pre pay option is the best, if you know you will need the space in that time, you don't get your money back, what you don't use up, fair enough, but the service is great. A bit of a funky smell, but maybe the dust. It is a warehouse, so. But it's clean and good price, for a heated unit
We have been using this location for a few years and are very happy. Lynda and the staff have gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs!! Thank you for the great service!!
This place is amazing, I have been using them for two years almost now I think, Lynda the Manager has been great as I’ve been having some money issues lately and haven’t been able to make the payments on time due to this, she has been very understanding and works with me. The place is also very clean etc.
