Friendly service but don't ever run behind on rent. I went in to make a payment. They pretended like my card didn't work the first time so they had to key it in. Not only did they take the payment I went in to make but they also waited a few days and then processed another payment right after for a different amount. It was not my card on file and they did it without authorization. Sneaky sneaky tactics from a company who appears to be legit on the surface. Don't trust them.

I have been storing my belongings here for years. They have very friendly people that work there and always willing to help.well lit rooms and hallways. Will use South Edmonton storage now and in the future
