Even with technical issues preventing them from receiving my online submitted order, the staff quickly addressed it and apologized, assuring me that our order would be ready in just 6 minutes, and would be especially fresh. Very nice, friendly staff. Great food.
Ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders tonight got home to the smallest portions ever, more like 3 nuggets.

Three times now. Our take out order was wrong. Three times the cole slaw was not in the bag. What is going on?! It should be really simple. Not happy at all!
Chicken tastes strange once you get past the skin, potato salad had uncooked potatoes, gravy tasted super watered down. Haven't ordered KFC in forever so not sure if this is just the new standard. Won't be ordering again that's for sure.
I ordered spicy pop corn chicken and when i got home i noticed it was not spicy. I called and they said they made what i ordered. I took the pop corn chicken back, they said they will make a new order. There was 2 other customers inside waiting for there order,( not busy). I had to wait 1/2 an hour for my chicken, i thought they were making fresh, hot, chicken for me, but no, it was cold. Soooo disappointed, i won't go there again.
