Con Salsa

So excited about this place! It's locally owned and open late! Fresh, simple, classic Mexican ingredients. There's no funky exciting flavour profiles, but that's why I like it! Tasty salsa with a mild-medium spice, creamy refried beans, soft flavourful tortillas, perfectly cooked rice, and just the right amount of cheese! This is coming from a Southern California girl who grew up on Mexican food. I go veg and my roomie gets chicken. Good every time.

Got the wet burrito and nachos and both were really tasty! Liquids were packed separately so nothing was soggy. Service was really great - I waited less than 5 minutes which was no problem at all but the employees gave me a free pop for the wait anyways! Will definitely be coming back.

The burritos themselves are pretty good. Prices aren’t really competitive with any other spots in the city though. Paid almost $18 for their XL burrito... which is just a large at any other restaurant.

Great wet burrito! Could be spicier, but delicious nonetheless. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu!

I ordered the chicken burrito bowl and it was very tasty! Everything tasted nice and fresh. Will definitely be ordering again !
