It’s obvious that Jackie behind the counter needs some psychological help. Troubles in her personal life are evidently driving her poor customer service abilities. The resounding conclusion to our interaction was “Your sale means nothing to the business” which; for any nickel and dime small business is their demise. Please get help. I feel bad after speaking my mind, but evidently I’m not alone. I’m usually a compassionate customer but your behaviour today, doesn’t warrant it.

It's sad I can't give a 0.0 rating. The owner of the shop (a short white haired lady) is very rude. Lacks emencily in customer service. Not a friendly environment at all. I was in there today and another customer who came in after me was making a bigger purchase so she felt he was top priority. I'm waiting to get my stuff and pay. So a 2 minute shop turned into a 10 minute shop. I will shop online or go out of town for now on. However the other lady that works there, not sure of her name, she is amazing! Always makes a conversation, friendly and is very helpful.
