Fraser Canyon Hospital

Brought my pregnant wife there after 811 recommended we get to a hospital asap. Should have driven to Chilliwack. We waited nearly 5 hours. Triage alone took half an hour.

Long waits even on slow days. Front desk staff are very dismissive, won’t give any information on wait times etc and don’t seem to care about people’s health. Go to chilliwack hospital it’s much better

I brought my daughter in with a suspected concussion...the Dr. (L, I think) was very up to date with concussion protocols & answered all my questions, without making us feel rushed. He spent the time with my daughter & did a very thorough exam. Even though we had to wait longer than I had anticipated before getting in, I appreciated the time he spent with us. I personally felt a little dramatic for bringing her in, but I got what I was looking for & now I have the knowledge to take care of my daughter properly, so thank you!

This hospital is the best. I have been quite sick the last couple months. I have had to go to the ER 3 times since then. Every time they took care of me quickly and efficiently. First time I went had to spend 4 days in hospital, care was excellent. Great staff.

Having a family get together an everyone was sharing theyre awful stories about this hospital, absolute horror stories. Thought id look up reviews on the place to see other peoples experience 😵 ...apparently if you need care this isnt the place to go to. Someone who recieved care there would like me to add " do yourself the favor and save yourself and , drive the extra 10 minutes to chilliwack could be the difference of surviving it was in my case and my son" 😰
