REVIEW: These boots looked AWESOME! We were so excited for them to arrive and thought they would be perfect for my sons outdoor preschool, but unfortunately his feet were soaked within minuets of water play. I contacted MyMayu service team thinking they sent us a defective pair (no big deal these things happen) but they informed me they would not send us a replacement or a refund because they do not claim them to be waterproof. Understandably I may have over-looked the small print BUT these boots have "WATERPROOF" written right there on the tag attached to the boot. Not to mention the branding and photography showing kids in these boots playing at the beach and jumping in puddles. These boots are cute, and would protect from mud and dirt but would not stand up to any amount of fall/winter outdoor play in my opinion. I would have happily packaged the boots up, driven to the post office with kids in tow and returned these, paying for shipping, with no fuss, but because no solution was offered through the service team I want other parents to know that we are left with a disappointing product and a bad taste in our mouth about the service here too.

These boots are amazing. They are the only things my daughter would wear. She uses them on the snow (with liner and wool socks), rain and camping. They are flexible, no heal and she can move around freely as if she didn't have anything on her feet. My only wish is that they would make adult sizes for me!

I am very disappointed with their product, product description and customer service. I purchased a pair of their muddy munchkins for my son. Under their product description, it says "the the seams in MM boots are not sealed and thus extended play in deep puddles may result in water seeping through the seams". My son played in the water for less than 5 minutes and his double layer socks were fully saturated. I emailed the company to ask them to clarify their definition of "extended play" because 5 minutes of being in a puddle for a child is actually on the short side. They wrote back and said the boots "will" leak and did not address the length of time at all. That's very different from the description of "may" leak. So I tested the boots and found that water started to seep though in under a minute. I tried to submit a review on their website, but it didn't show up. Their products are all listed as 5 stars. But it's inaccurate if negative reviews are not published. So all in all, I would not buy another product from this company and would not recommend anyone else do try either.
