EDIT 1: I appreciate your response, and I just re-send an email to follow up on this issue. I mean, this second purchase was a gift, I've been following up on behalf of my friend. Please note that I left a very honest review, good or bad reviews should be shared to help figure customers. I hope to hear back from you for a resolution. ORIGINAL: First purchase experience was great, shipping was super fast and product was of great quality. They were able to answer my questions promptly. Then I decided to purchase the same item for a friend as a gift but it had a dent on it so I address the issue immediately by email because it is unsafe for a young toddler. I emailed them twice, call them to follow up and curiously they said they never got the email and I forward the email again to them. Two months in, they never acknowledge my emails. Frustrating, yes. Disappointing, yes. I was hoping to support local businesses to go through this. What a shame, beware guys!

We were just in the store today for our first time today. We needed proper shoes for our toddler that gave him the right support. They have a wide selection. The customer service was beyond what we expected. Anca (staff) was very knowledgeable and gave us different options. We will definitely be back and recommend to other parents.

I've been a repeat customer of ShoeKid since my son was born. I love the high-quality shoes that they offer, and their staff at the Coquitlam store were always very helpful. Shipping within BC is super fast (a few business days). But due to the pandemic, they've been having some delays shipping from Ontario to BC. Unfortunately, there is no way for the customer to know whether the item they are buying online is in the Ontario warehouse or the BC warehouse (this would be great and save a lot of customers and customer service reps a lot of grief if they could find a way to do this on their website). My order from Ontario took a little over two weeks to ship and was not sent with any tracking information and it was a lot of back and forth talking with customer service to find out if they were on their way. So...it's still a good place to order shoes from as long as you are fine with possibly not having tracking and not knowing exactly how long it's going to take.

I ordered baby sandals on May 22, 2020. The tracking number says they shipped 3 days later from BC (to PQ) how is it possible that today is June 8, 2020 and they haven’t left BC???? I will never buy from this fraudulent company again. I asked for a refund and have received NO reply - whether by phone or email.

One of the few places with Stride Rite and Pediped shoes I could find nearby. Items shipped quickly.
