Don’t use this company, you will become a nightmare forever!!! One friend of mine use this company.For this company, they defraud their customer’s money for all the service and products. People will try to accuse their cheat....If anyone use this company, please gets a record,and takes it to accuse their cheat to government department ...my friend is preparing all the record already...

All they really want to do is get you to sign an automatically renewing contract. When you have a complaint or an issue, they ignore you until you grow tired of complaining. They lose cheques they came to your office to pick up. They deny they knew about the problem. Most recently, but this has been my repeated experience, I emailed my contact the problem, followed up the next day with one receptionist, followed up the next day with the next receptionist, both receptionists told me they spoke to my point of contact and 4 or 5 days later she gets back to me saying she wasn't aware there was an issue. I emailed her and 2 receptionists told me they spoke to her. Their denials seem implausible at best. You're better off banging your head against the wall than dealing with Cintas. Your uniforms won't be any nicer, but you'll sleep better at night without the added stress in your life.

Total rip off. This company only cares to get you in and sign contract for 5 years. Everything happens after is a nightmare - you will never be able to get in touch with your rep or area manager for customer service concerns or even price concerns. Drivers change all the time, all employees lie to you to get you to pay more, prices has gone up over 50% since 2016. Rep in charge, named Courtney particularly rude, with no respect to customer. Never even being to customer location, never met. She appears only when you want to leave them, argue price, to get you into another 5 year agreement Company with extremely low morale of its employees and non existing customer service

TWICE NOW WE'VE BEEN CHARGED FOR OVERALL REPAIRS MAKING ME WONDER WHY WE EVEN USE OVERALLS. I CRINGE WHEN I RECEIVE THE WEEKLY INVOICE.

Good service but there repairs and alterations just fall apart I have not yet had a patch hold for more than one use
