Wow. It's not often that you come across a company that fires on all cylinders like this. Rob and his crew are among the most professional and buttoned-up trades I've ever worked with. Ryan headed up a job for me that was urgent. I was able to book them same day (they shuffled a less urgent task to come out, even though I was a new customer) and they handled the job with grace and ease. Ryan had a great customer service attitude. He explained what he is doing as he went, to keep me in the loop the whole time. They also worked very efficiently and quickly, which kept the overall cost of the job down to lower than I had expected. They were very respectful of my tenants in the house, who were in the middle of trying to move their belongings in. Top notch stuff. I am a business owner as well, and would be ecstatic to have a guy like Ryan working for me. I can't say enough good things about my new plumbers (as I won't be using anyone else going forward!).

Rob and his crew have helped us with plumbing needs over the past 5 years. We can always rely on them from basic stuff to more complex issues. What I am most impressed by and always appreciate, is Rob's honesty and his willingness to help us out even if it means just guiding us over the phone to fix issues ourself.

Rob of Pipes Plumbing was recommended to us by our plumber of 15 years who is no longer doing service calls. We had a break in the pipe under the kitchen sink in a rental house. Pipes came promptly, had to take down some drywall and replaced the old pipe. Ryan and Sebastien were great to deal with and most accommodating for our tenants. Rob even lined up a drywaller for us. Excellent work. Will be our go to plumbers in the future.

I have a 40 year old house with Wolverine copper plumbing throughout. In the past couple of years I have had a couple of pin hole leaks and a couple of joint leaks. I got 3 quotes on replacing all the copper with Pex. Rob provided the most complete quote and explained the use of 3/4 inch main runs hot and cold were really just code not something extra. He also included a ball valve 3/4 inch and new pressure regulator and frost free outside fittings. I was concerned about how much drywall would be affected and we worked through which walls needed to be opened. His quote was for a nominal 3 day job but he gave the typical daily labour cost $1250/day for two and we agreed that it could run over depending on what was found and how much hidden work showed up. The surprise was that there were some slow water leaks onto my black iron gas pipe. Enough corrosion that there was significant wall thickness loss. So scope increased to replace some 1 1/2 inch black iron and some of the way it was connected to the furnace and hot water heater. The workers were very polite and new what they were doing and how to minimize the drywall opened up. During the plumbing upgrade I decided to change out a vanity and two toilets. I bought the vanity at Lowes and Robs guys picked it up (240 lbs). They supplied and installed the new toilets and the vanity as well as disposing of the old ones. Rob recommended a drywaller (separate contract) who managed to get new wall and mud and sanding done as the plumbing finished and the new vanity and toilets were being installed. This was one of the easiest relationships I have had with a contractor in a long time. Highly recommended.

We had a water leak showing up on our garage ceiling. Rob responded to my SOS text in minutes. Ryan showed up at our door within an hour. He diagnosed the leak and had it fixed in less than an hour. Such a relief. Super nice guys and so prompt and for an extremely reasonable price.
