I called Link Plumbing & Heating Ltd. in regards to a hot water tank that stopped working in the middle of a long weekend. Once I explained issue to Chris and answered a couple of questions, he was out the next day. The hot water tank was replaced and installed the same day. I have used the company previously for unrelated issues and they are always professional, punctual, courteous as well as respectful to the home by cleaning up before they leave. Strongly recommend

I've used Chris and Link Plumbing & Heating several times over the years. The last time was to fix a leaking tub and shower. The leak was affecting the business below. Chris assessed the problem and found the most cost effective way to fix it. All the while he made sure to keep me in the loop. He arranged everything with the business below and completed the work on time. Service, quality and experience is always exceptional. Link Plumbing is amazing! Our walls started having water damaged. I called Link and spoke with Chris who guided me over the phone to deal with the issue from getting worse. Then, in less than an hour, he was in our office and was able to resolve the issue. Plus, he put brand new piping in the area. In all honesty, I could have gone to any plumber and they probably would have done the job. But Chris, at Link Plumbing, helped me deal with the issue from getting worse right away, came and fixed the issue, and prevented the issue from happening again. I will always use Link Plumbing! Also, thank you for swinging by a few days ago and making sure everything was running smoothly.
