Andrew was outstanding, we are so grateful for all he did replacing our hot water tank. He was so friendly, professional, clean, and was very accommodating and helpful. We will be using Pristine again when we need anything plumbing related for sure! Price was good, and the company was responsive and nice to work with. Highly recommend!

Pristine Plumbing was able to come in promptly (next business day) to replace our hot water tank after it burst on a weekend. Daniel and his colleague were punctual, polite, professional and a pleasure to do business with. They had to carry the old and new tanks up and down many flights of stairs to do the replacement, which can't have been easy. The layout of our place is highly inconvenient, but they were nothing but polite and professional about it. They removed the moderate puddle of water that had pooled on the cement floor as well, making the drying-out process afterwards easier for us. They walked me through the controls on the new tank and gave a quick run through of the ways in which the new tank installed was up to code, noting that the previous tank setup had some code violations I wasn't aware of. They were also able to replace some hardware inside the shower wall behind the handle that had broken after we booked them and before they came. I had thought the shower not working was related to the hot water tank bursting/drop in water pressure, but it turned out to be a coincidence. They were able to fit us in to their busy schedule promptly for this additional repair and do it on the same day as the hot water tank. I greatly appreciated this as I hadn't expected them to be able to sort out this additional problem, that they didn't know about before, on the same day. Again they were nothing but polite and professional about it. They made this stressful experience a lot easier. All in all a top experience, I would not hesitate to call them again.

The toilet was leaking and needed to be repaired. From past experiences with a well known plumbing company I was reluctant to call a plumber, but was not prepared to attempt the repair myself. I took a chance and called Pristine Plumbing. I appreciated that they were able to come the next afternoon. Andrew is a personable and professional young man. He explained to me what needed to be done and the cost which was quite reasonable. He is efficient and knowledgeable tradesman. While he worked we chatted and he told me about Pristine plumbing. That it was a small company whose owner respected and cared about his employees. I found that commendable and it is obvious that this attitude is reflected on how they treat their customers. I have never written a review before, but felt compelled to do so. I am pleased I took a chance on Pristine Plumbing and will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing.

I can not say enough about how great Pristine Plumbing is! Last Christmas Eve we had a leaking toilet (emergency) and other plumbing odds and ends to do. Andrew took my call and they were here within a couple of hours, if that. Both Andrew and Michael were courteous, professional and put us at ease. With an old house nothing is easy but they were certainly up to the task and got the jobs done. Today was no different. We woke up to a backed up sink in our canine kitchen and clearly the job was beyond our ability, especially with all the hair and dirt that goes through our pipes with the canine laundry we do. I called Pristine Plumbing and again, Andrew was here within a couple of hours, on a Friday afternoon, even remembering us from last time. We received the same professional and friendly service, Andrew going above and beyond once again, clearing our pipes and improving our plumbing as well. Pristine Plumbing checks all the boxes. Prompt, professional, tidy, happy to tackle our old house issues with tight spaces, affordable and absolutely the best customer service. Very pleased with our experience with staff member Andrew; he was able to replace our faulty kitchen faucet in a timely manner.
