JJM Mechanical installed a few years ago in our building a water expansion tank, and we trusted them to install the proper tank as they’re supposed to be the experts. Much later our strata council checked and noticed there’s a sticker on that new tank that clearly states “not for domestic water”. We checked with the company who made the water tank and it's indeed true that such a tank should never be used for domestic water, and is not fine for drinking - but this is the water we drink and shower with, all of the people living in the building. City confirmed that there was no change in code - a tank not meant to hold drinking water should never have been installed, even a few years ago. Now JJM are refusing to admit and assume responsibility for their mistake and rectify the situation. This seems both unprofessional, and shows that they do not care all that much about their customers' safety. So clearly I won't recommend this company if you're looking for experts who can do a job done properly, without you having to check that they actually do things properly.

This company installed a non potable boiler system in our condo building. Meaning not for domestic use, which is what any residential setting is. The equipment is clearly labelled. Another company identified this egregious error when responding to do a repair. Approaching JJM Mechanical regarding their error has fallen on deaf ears within the company. They take no responsibility. Two issues: wrong and potentially hazardous equipment installed followed by lack of integrity. Use them at you own risk.

I work with JJM very often through my position as a maintenance coordinator, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They're always quick to respond, and work well with me in coordinating with all of the different locations I send them to! The standards of their work is always excellent and I know they do their best to keep things reasonably priced. My especial thanks to Andrei and Tressa for being the best! But then also to Mike, and Don, and Freidrich and the rest of the team - you're all great!

I have worked with JJM on a number of projects from full boiler and air conditioning replacements, to faucet repairs and minor issues. They are responsive, detailed, and knowledgeable. It's obvious the team cares strongly in providing a professional and quality service.
