TDH Plumbing

I have known Terry for nearly my whole life. He was the person who would come in and take the toys out of our toilets after my sister and I had clogged them with whatever we could find. It's rare that you find a couple kids that are excited when the plumber comes over, However, with Terry it's believable. He would always make us laugh and to this day (17 years later) he is still the same personable, business man that he was then. If you want someone that will provide you a quality service, an honest price, and someone who is excited to do what they do, call Terry.

I left TDH two messages for a call back as I needed some work reconfiguring a p-trap but apparently they don't respond to calls for small jobs like mine. I guess they are too busy with "big" jobs. I don't like this business model were you just ignore some segment of your customers based on the size of their job. What if I have a big job one day? Don't you think I will remember how you treated me in the past? Anyways, free enterprise means just that, you're free to make your business model as you see fit so good luck with that TDH.
