The best factor about this is your customer service. They don't mind answering questions about the services they provide or projects they could perhaps do. I love their new location too. Ordered hats and aprons for a family reunion. Small mistake on one hat(not their fault) they quickly fixed it and didn't charge me for the new hat! Everyone I dealt with was helpful and able to help me decide what looked best. Everything was efficient and order came in before expected! Thank you! Will be using you again.

A bit expensive but they do a good job.

Ordered some FR reflective pants, told them the size I needed over 6x. Ordered me the wrong size the first time, gave them two weeks to fit it. Called again to check if they were ready, they forgot to order them, waited another two weeks. They sent the pant to my place of work, this time they sent pants that were two sizes higher than I ordered. Poor communication. Probably wont be returning there ever again.
