Willow Creek Family Campground

We stayed here 3 nights. Overall good experience. Manager/owner (guy with moustache) is good and friendly. It’s walking distance within the beach. There are some people living in campground permanently. But I believe the manager handles them pretty good. We did not have any disturbance or theft issue. It’s across from shoppers drug mart. Good location. I will recommend it.

Great location! Short walk to gyro Beach, and across the street from Shoppers Drug Mart and Save-On-Foods. The campsite itself is quite crowded, with no privacy between RVs or tents. There is a small laundry facility and dishwashing station, and washrooms with showers, but that balances out against the great location.

Stayed here for over a week while shopping for our new home. Campground is clean safe and central to amenities. Facilities were spotless and well maintained. You can’t find a better price per week and with the beach n parks nearby this was just right. Thanks to Steve the owner for a wonderful stay

Nice campground, very accommodating, clean, took us on short notice, friendly owner, very close to the beach and a lot of amenities, the woman wasn't friendly at all. The campsites are very, very close together. It's over crowded. Our trailer was literally back to back with another trailer, but it's a good place to stay if you want to be close to the stores, the beach and it's a few minutes from downtown.

We called and and asked about reaervations and were scoffed as they hung up the phone- pretty sure they didnt know we were still on the line. Having said that, we were in a pinch coming into town and had been told by our previous phone call they would have their gates open until 11pm. Turns out they their gates were open but office completely locked up with no give. Aka lights out. Not only is customer service completely lacking but their idea of running a campground business is disgusting. How can you have online bookings but when to call get scoffed and nothing available; and the only help you are offered is the patrons walking through.
