Bear Creek Campground

We have always had a good experience here. Its always clean and the caretakers are friendly. We only really use the day use pick nick area. It would be nice to have wheelchair accessible pick nick table with a improved pathway from the parking lot to it. Its hard to maneuver over the grass to get to the table and fire pits Its not necessary to have all accessible but at least one table and fire pit would be nice. Keep up the good work guys.

We have been coming to this fantastic park every year since Park opened in the 70'S. Pat and his staff make this a first rate spectacular park. This is one park that nature never allows to stay the same. Winds, rain, sun, floods and fires change the shoreline and the creek constantly. We regularly occupy a site twice a year since the park was born and love to explore the new things mother nature has handed out since each last visit. This spring she decided to completely rearrange the mouth of the creek. There will be a few new beach islands there this summer. Can't wait! In spring 2018 campsites with hookups have been added, several have nice lake views! This an awesome place to have some summer rest and play and I can't wait to get back again...

A really beautiful campground! The sites are spacious and kept clean. The beach area is not far from furthest sites. There's a fun and easy trail nearby.

Last time we were here, 38 years ago, it was just gravelled spots. It has grown into a beautiful campground with huge luscious trees for shade. The management at this campground is excellent. Wonderful location!!!

Amazing place for camping and day outing at beach. Would love to come back. Clean washrooms, very helping staff and clean camp sites.
