it’s pretty good $1050 with full hookups water,sewer power and free wifi. Also has showers but they are not the cleanest owner gets one of the customers to clean bathrooms for either shower and laundry tokens or second vehicle parking free, but to be honest who ever is cleaning them shame on them and reason why they are gross is they do not use cleaning products when cleaning them, walls have cobwebs and need to be cleaned, toilets are in need of repair as does foot step in shower. Like honestly where I come from a bathroom should be cleaned everyday no matter what.

Nice place to stay in town close to everything staff are friendly bathroom are clean . good family time

My friend says he likes it there and only $1100 per month
