I want to acknowledge and thank Colin the audiologist at NexGen Hearing.The professionalism, kindness and generosity I received from NexGen was just amazing. My Dad who has dementia and other handicaps was assessed -over two separate visits. Reports and recommendations were sent to Dads care home, his doctor and myself Colin spent time explaining his assessment and recommendation for Dad. And he sold us nothing, because he didn't feel that at this time a hearing aid was the best choice for Dad. We have information that I have confidence in! Thank you ever so much Colin and staff at NexGen!! Will recommend you to everyone!

Feels like your part of a family when you talk to EVA. Such a kind softspoken person that really wants the best for you and is willing to go above and beyond to help. Cant say enough good things. Very very accommodating. Thank you so much for trying to help my father even though he wouldnt budge. Effort is greatly appreciated.

Purchased hearing aids from NexGen 4 years ago and last week had a problem with them and the staff got me in same day and fixed, cleaned, and replaced parts within 15 minutes and at no cost. I am still getting free batteries from them also. Highly recommend this business!

This place is the best. Unbeatable. I walked in to NexGen after moving from the coast 3 years ago and have never been elsewhere. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. They are always happy answer questions, get you your best value for your money, or squeeze you in for an appointment. Would highly recommend this est. and location to anyone.

Very caring, & sharing staff, with the main Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner.Explained alot, about the hearing test.Friendly staff, would recommend to come to there location, I give them 5stars:)
