No prior information from previous specialists was requested at all. Walked into the appointment expecting to have a throrough investigation of my eye sight from a well known professional, and instead was met with him telling me that he could not do anything for me that day because there was no prior information for him to go off of. The meeting took all of 4-5 minutes. My wife joined in - a physician no less - and had a few questions as she would understand better than I. Dr. Baldassare was very short, dismissive, and was consistently leaning out the door as she asked her questions. My personal opinion is that I found him to be extremely rude with his dismissive, short, and vague answers.

Staff are friendly and helpful and Dr Baldassare is a great specialist and helped improve my eyesight. Highly recommend him to anyone needing an optometry specialist.
