Hillside Medical Clinic

I have to say that Dr. Carroll is amazing. She takes the time needed for an assessment and I dont feel rushed talking to her. She asks many questions and is understanding. She even phoned me the next day to ensure I was doing better. We all know how busy physicians are and it is great to see that you're not just another number on the list. Instead she actually cares about her patients. Highly recommend her.

I went to the Okanagan Women's Clinic within Hillside Medical and I had a fantastic experience. I went for an IUD insertion and Dr. Strasberg was so amazing, she was calming and reassuring and the procedure went so much better than I had expected. I'm so glad I ended up at this clinic for this procedure.

I recently relocated and I was suddenly in need of a doctor. I went to Hillside Medical and Walk-in Clinic and they were great. I was told there was approximately an hour wait. They were exactly right. Dr. Henry I. was professional and got to the bottom of the problem. I didn't feel rushed, I left feeling well taken care of. The staff were pleasant and although one could see how busy they were, the staff appeared calm and friendly all through my time at the clinic. They do a fantastic job. I am happy to have this service and I wish Dr. Henry can take me as his patient.

At least one of the women who answers the phone is SHOCKINGLY rude. Brace yourself when you call this clinic because if she answers the phone you are in for it. She is extremely abrupt and will belittle you when you try to ask questions about your medical file or make an appointment. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. UPDATE: I have adjusted my rating as the office manager was wonderful in assisting with my issue with the employee in question. The doctors and nurses are also good and the clinic is nice and new and conveniently attached to a pharmacy.

My name is Lori Capozzi. Dr Brian Mackay was my dr in Peachland. I am from Penticton. He is very thorough, takes his time and doesn’t rush. He is younger, very caring and knows his stuff. He doesn’t guess or pretend to know what is going on. Again he is thorough. He is very open to doing video or phone calls so I don’t have to drive the 1 hour to the clinic. I’ve never had such a great family doctor. I will not be looking for a family doctor in Penticton.
