PRIME Medical

The office is very nice and clean, and the staff are professional. We highly recommend Dr. Vorster! My boyfriend was his patient first and he recently took myself and our newborn on as patients as well. He listens to our concerns , is educated and is very personable. Thanks for the great service !

Nice new and clean office, great staff and nice set up.

The building was super clean and spacious, and all the staff were super friendly. Doctors are very friendly and professional, I question the capabilities of their receptionists however. Recently I have had some issues with my health however and I was not made aware that my doctor was on vacation until I was in a lab waiting for the right paperwork to be sent over for some bloodwork. The receptionists apparently don't know their medical forms as i waited 3 hours in the lab for the right medical papers to be sent to the lab by the receptionists here. Went back to the lab the next day with still no sign of the right paperwork and turns out the receptionists were sending the wrong paperwork the entire time. I was told I would be contacted when my doctor was back from vacation or when they heard from him to confirm if the paperwork I told them how to find was the right paperwork. Which makes sense so im not upset about that particular instance. Fast forward two weeks later I still have received no contact from them and my health still deteriorating with no idea what is causing it. Overall I am very unhappy with this medical centre. I am going to try and give them another chance before I consider looking for another medical centre to go to.

Despite claiming to be a walk in clinic open until 8PM. All they do is refer you to the hospital down the road, as a doctor isn't even on site. Don't bother. Go to the hospital instead and save your time and headache.

Very disrespectful staff, should be working at a petting zoo not with human beings.
